Great for strolling around

Comfortable room, enjoyable amenities, including an indoor pool for family fun and a game room for entertainment during downtime.

Overall good stay for two nights. The hotel was clean and had great staff and rooms. Its location was quiet and beautiful, in the center, and in a nice quiet area. Plus there was a lake, within 95 minutes walk or so.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Magnificent and stunning location with parking on site.

The kitchen and living area were very nice. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio while overlooking the state forest, and my husband caught a big bass in the catch-and-release pond. The staff were friendly. The carpet had some stains, unfortunate, and the indoor pool could get crowded at times. A thorough cleaning would greatly improve the overall ambiance.

We booked our room through your website however when we checked in they said that you overbooked the room and we had to move to a different villa on day 5 of 7. This was a huge inconvienence especially with a 3 year old. There was no incentive to this and I was not happy and acutally think that it was ridiculous for us to have to move after we spent all that money and reserved 3 1/2 months prior.

The Staff and Hotel was great! There was things to do all the time with the kids. Great area and a great stay. I am already looking foward to out return.

The indoor pool delighted my kids, although the carpet had some stains that could use attention. A wonderful experience for family time!

We enjoyed the space and full kitchen.

It could be updated and the air conditioners were filthy.

People at check in not customer friendly or real cooperative.

The stay was enjoyable, with friendly staff and numerous amenities like the pools and arcade. The second bedroom was uncomfortably hot due to no air conditioning, and the parking could be better organized. Nonetheless, the spacious layout and variety of activities made it worthwhile.

The check in and out was very nice friendly staff. Nice accommodation also.

We loved everything

I thought everything was good. The room, facilites, pool, area - everything was nice and met my expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly.

That the reception was closed after 10 pm.

The indoor pools were a hit with the kids!

The carpet in our room was stained and really detracted from the overall experience.

I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen and comfortable living space and separate bedroom. It was close to area attractions without being right in the middle of itl.

According to the brochure it looked like it was actually on a lake but clearly it was not. The lobby was being renovated so we were hesitant to use the pool/gym areas.
